A 45-year-old woman presented severe right lower abdominal pain. Transabdominal sonography demonstrated bilateral adnexal cystic masses. At surgery, these cystic masses were bilateral simple hydrosalpinges with torsion of the right side. She had previously had tubal ligation. When we encounter an adnexal torsion, we should consider tubal torsion when there is a history of tubal ligation.
一名45岁女性出现严重右下腹痛。经腹超声检查显示双侧附件囊性肿块。手术中，这些囊性肿块为双侧单纯输卵管积水，右侧扭转。她曾接受过输卵管结扎术。当我们遇到附件扭转时，如果有输卵管结扎史，应考虑输卵管扭转。
