Abstract
Praziquantel was used in a therapeutic trial in 50 patients presenting with Taenia saginata in a dose of 5 mg/body weight as a single dose. The most frequent symptoms were: abdominal pain (72%), nervousness (42%), and body weight loss (32%). Tolerance to the drug was excellent. In 100% of patients the elimination of proglottids and/or strobilus of Taenia saginata.

对50例牛带绦虫病患者进行了吡喹酮治疗试验，剂量为5mg/体重，单次给药。最常见的症状为：腹痛（72%）、紧张（42%）和体重减轻（32%）。该药物耐受性良好。100%的患者牛带绦虫节片和/或虫体被清除。
