The abnormal prepartum ultrasonic scan in a case of fetal cystic lymphangioma is presented. A large intrauterine cystic mass adjacent to a 23-week-old fetus was identified by ultrasound. After delivery, this was proved to be a cystic lymphangioma extending from the fetal neck and supraclavicular region.
本文呈现了一例胎儿囊性淋巴管瘤的产前超声异常扫描情况。超声检查发现一名23周大胎儿旁有一个巨大的宫内囊性肿物。分娩后，证实这是一个从胎儿颈部及锁骨上区域延伸的囊性淋巴管瘤。
