Abstract

Evoked potentials (EP) is an important bioelectric signal for studying the neural processes, but it is immersed in very strong background noise. Extraction of EP from a single trial has been a topic of great theoretical and clinical interest. In this paper, a new signal processing method--wavelet transform is introduced and several applications are given.
