[The experimental and clinical validation of intraoperative local abdominal hypothermia in mechanical trauma to the abdomen].

Experimental and clinical grounds are presented for pathophysiological, economical expediency and technical simplicity of the improved method of intraoperative sanitation of the peritoneum by means of local abdominal hypothermia in treatment of mechanical injuries of the abdominal cavity organs.
