Abstract

A hypothesis on autoregulatory mechanism of reproduction of bone matrix structural changes was proposed resulting from the theoretical study based on author's own data and data documented in literature. This mechanism seems to underly osteoporosis development. All etiological factors of osteoporosis reported were united into a common pathogenetic mechanism on the basis of this conception.

基于作者自身数据及文献记载的数据进行理论研究，提出了一种关于骨基质结构变化再现的自动调节机制的假说。这种机制似乎是骨质疏松症发展的基础。基于这一概念，所报道的骨质疏松症的所有病因都被统一到一个共同的发病机制中。
