On the grounds of clinical data, pathohistologic and pathoimmunomorphologic investigations the author developed a new clinico-immunologic classification of sinusites. For this purpose the author examined 203 patients with highmoritis and observed a group of 93 patients with allergic and vasomotor rhinosinusopathies. Pathohistologic and patho-immunomorphologic investigation of the changed mucous membrane and polyps were conducted in 43 patients operated on because of acute (necrotic) and other forms of chronic highmoritis.
基于临床数据、病理组织学和病理免疫形态学研究，作者制定了一种鼻窦炎的新临床免疫分类法。为此，作者检查了203例筛窦炎患者，并观察了一组93例变应性和血管运动性鼻鼻窦炎患者。对43例因急性（坏死性）和其他形式的慢性筛窦炎而接受手术的患者的病变黏膜和息肉进行了病理组织学和病理免疫形态学研究。
