Abstract
A case of benign polypoid rhabdomyoma of the vagina in a 57 years old multipara is reported. The diagnosis confirmed by light and electron microscopy,allowed to estimate the tumour as a benign analogen of sarcoma botryoides.

报告了一例57岁经产妇阴道良性息肉样横纹肌瘤的病例。通过光镜和电镜检查确诊，该肿瘤被判定为葡萄状肉瘤的良性同源物。
