A 19-year-old male consulted our department, complaining of a painful scrotal mass. On palpation, the mass was discriminated from testis, epididymis, and spermatic cord in the left scrotum. He underwent total excision of the mass. Pathologic examination revealed cavernous hemangioma. Scrotal hemangioma is a relatively rare lesion and this is the 37th case reported in Japan.
一名19岁男性前来我科就诊，主诉阴囊肿物伴疼痛。触诊时，该肿物与左侧阴囊内的睾丸、附睾及精索可区分。他接受了肿物全切术。病理检查显示为海绵状血管瘤。阴囊血管瘤是一种相对罕见的病变，这是日本报道的第37例病例。
