The authors report on a new case of multiple pterygium syndrome (MPS) or Escobar's syndrome. Generally the seriousness of MPS is due to the severity of the flexion deformities of the joints and to the serious and evolutionary deformities in the spine. Our case is different from classical description of MPS for absence of spine deformities and for presence of bony lesions below the pterygia, for a bizarre aspect of the ears and for foot deformities.
