Here I describe three cases of intestinal Buerger's disease and review previously reported cases. All patients had involvement of the extremities and clinical manifestations of Buerger's disease. Occlusive changes in intestinal arteries also occurred, in both the presence and absence of abdominal symptoms. Intestinal Buerger's disease may be asymptomatic, acute, or chronic, and treatment varies according to the type of disease.
