In the paper, the errors in diagnosis of strangulated irreducible hernias are analysed. The attention of specialists is drawn to the fact that in some cases irreducible hernias may be the cause of different cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders (angina, bronchial asthma). It is recommended to treat patients with irreducible hernias irrespective of their age. This measure would obviate not only complications relative to the principle lesion but also the development of reflex vascular and pulmonary complications.
本文分析了绞窄性难复性疝的诊断失误。提请专家们注意，在某些情况下，难复性疝可能是不同心血管和肺部疾病（心绞痛、支气管哮喘）的病因。建议对难复性疝患者进行治疗，无论其年龄大小。这一措施不仅可以避免与主要病变相关的并发症，还可以防止反射性血管和肺部并发症的发生。
