[Differential diagnosis of the Prom-standard-values-deviating spermiogram].

Critical remarks to some points of clinical relevance for differential diagnosis of the spermatogram are made. The following parameters of the andrological examination are discussed: testis volume, ejaculate volume, pH, consistency of the ejaculate, sperm density, sperm motility, sperm morphology, biochemistry of the human semen.
