[Demonstration by stereological methods of pre-prophase doubling of the number of ribosomes in Ehrlich tumor cells].

Homogeneous populations of G1, S or G2 Ehrlich tumor cells are analysed by stereological methods at the ultrastructural level. This analysis demonstrates that the number of cytoplasmic ribosomes is doubled before the prophase.
