Abstract
The results of surgical treatment of nonparasitogenic hepatic cyst in 24 patients were summarized. The cyst enucleation was performed in 19 of them, segmental edge hepatic resection--in 3, left-sided hemihepatectomy--in 2. The one-chamber cyst was revealed in 21 patient, the multichamber one--in 3. Cancer in the cyst was revealed in one observation while histologic examination.

总结了24例非寄生虫性肝囊肿的手术治疗结果。其中19例行囊肿摘除术，3例行肝段边缘切除术，2例行左半肝切除术。21例患者为单房囊肿，3例为多房囊肿。1例在组织学检查时发现囊肿内有癌。
