Abstract

The experiment was divided on two stages. On the first stage there was planned elaboration of the hepatic nonparasitic cyst (HNPC) model, on the second--application of various methods of processing of the cyst residual cavity to estimate its eficacy and traumaticity. After elaboration of experimental model of HNPC the white rats were excluded from the experiment on the 3, 7, 14, 21, 60, 90th and 180th day. After conduction of the second stage the animals euthanasia was accomplished.

摘要

实验分为两个阶段。在第一阶段，计划构建肝非寄生虫性囊肿（HNPC）模型，在第二阶段，应用各种处理囊肿残余腔的方法来评估其有效性和创伤性。构建HNPC实验模型后，在第3、7、14、21、60、90和180天将白鼠从实验中排除。在第二阶段完成后，对动物实施安乐死。
