The results of operation in 22 patients with complicated (predominantly by hemorrhage), papillary and juxtapapillary ulcer were analysed. New methods of surgical treatment were proposed, application of which have permitted to escape the postoperative complications occurrence and to decrease postoperative mortality by 10 times.
分析了22例患有复杂型（主要为出血型）、乳头型和乳头旁溃疡患者的手术结果。提出了新的外科治疗方法，应用这些方法可以避免术后并发症的发生，并使术后死亡率降低10倍。
