Abstract

After recalling the technique used for auditory function investigation in children by means of electrochocleography, results are given. These are analysed according to the type of response and its relationship to the site of auditory lesion, that is, there is a description of the type of response obtained in transmission deafness, the nature of the response obtained in perceptive deafness, then some comment is made on some of the types of response which seem to be connected with mixed deafness.
