Abstract
The NICU can be a very stressful place not only for the infants who need intensive care, but also for their parents. By implementing family-centered care using the TEAM model described here, nurses can make baby's stay less upsetting, promote bonding between parents and child, and help improve postpartum care.
摘要
新生儿重症监护室（NICU）不仅对需要重症护理的婴儿来说可能是个压力很大的地方，对他们的父母也是如此。通过采用此处所述的团队（TEAM）模式实施以家庭为中心的护理，护士可以让婴儿住院期间不那么令人心烦，促进父母与孩子之间的情感联结，并有助于改善产后护理。
