Abstract
A quantitative study of seminiferous tubules in toad treated with a single subcutaneous injection of cadmium chloride, showed that 7 days after cadmium injection some stages of spermatogenesis consisting of secondary spermatogonia and primary spermatocytes were decreased significantly.
