A case of Leydig cell tumor in a cryptorchid testis is described.
A 55-year-old man presented with no specific scrotal symptoms. A cryptorchid testis was discovered on physical examination and the patient was submitted to orchidectomy.
A solid, well-circumscribed, round nodule of 0.8 cm in diameter was found in an atrophic testis. The histological examination showed a Leydig cell tumor with crystals of Reinke and immunostaining with vimentin.
Leydig cell tumor may be related with cryptorchidism.
描述一例隐睾中发生的莱迪希细胞瘤病例。
一名55岁男性，无特殊阴囊症状。体格检查发现隐睾，患者接受了睾丸切除术。
在萎缩的睾丸中发现一个直径0.8厘米、实性、边界清楚的圆形结节。组织学检查显示为伴有雷氏晶体的莱迪希细胞瘤，波形蛋白免疫染色阳性。
莱迪希细胞瘤可能与隐睾症有关。
