Doctors are not health care providers, and medicine is not a commodity. To practice medicine well, the doctor must attend to each patient as a whole person and be faithful in giving care when cure is not possible.
医生不是医疗服务提供者,医学也不是一种商品。要想把医学实践好,医生必须将每位患者视为一个完整的个体,并且在无法治愈时仍要忠实地给予关怀。
