Philadelphia-based Graduate Health System is implementing technology that will ultimately change the way physicians practice medicine, according to Harold Cramer, chairman and chief executive officer of GHS. The new technology centers around an electronic medical record, consensus protocols, outcomes measurement and electronic medical library resources.
