The results of the observations of 2 groups of 372 persons during 10 months showed that a twofold inoculation of corpuscular heated 6-valent antileptospiral vaccine ensures the formation of 19S-antibodies. The ratio 19S/7S antibodies was determined by inactivation of IgM agglutinins with the help of 2-mercaptoethanol. Quantitative content of immunolglobulins (G, A and M) was determined in parallel with the reaction of agglutination by the method of simple radial diffusion. Immunoglobulins of the class M in the serum of vaccinated persons increased as compared with control, whereas the content of IgG did not rise and that of IgA decreased.
对两组共372人进行为期10个月的观察结果表明,两次接种加热的6价微粒型抗钩端螺旋体疫苗可确保19S抗体的形成。借助2-巯基乙醇使IgM凝集素失活来测定19S/7S抗体的比例。采用简单的径向扩散法,在进行凝集反应的同时,平行测定免疫球蛋白(G、A和M)的定量含量。与对照组相比,接种疫苗者血清中M类免疫球蛋白增加,而IgG含量未升高,IgA含量下降。
