The mere thought of writing an article can be intimidating. But, even if you have the desire, despite the fear, to write an article, how do you get started? How can you produce satisfying work? Here are some steps--Reading, "Riting," and Risking--to help you write that article you've been thinking about. By separating the process into two stages, creativity or freewriting, and then criticism or editing, you'll find writing much easier.
