Abstract
An unusual case of umbilical foreign-body granuloma in a 3-week old lamb is described. The most prominent clinical finding was a large fibrous mass which bulged above the surface, adjacent to the umbilicus. Histologically, plant material surrounded by histiocytes, plasma cells, giant cells and fibroblasts were seen.

本文描述了一例3周龄羔羊罕见的脐部异物肉芽肿病例。最显著的临床发现是一个大的纤维性肿块，在脐部附近突出于体表。组织学检查可见被组织细胞、浆细胞、巨细胞和成纤维细胞包围的植物性物质。
