Abstract
The content of total protein and immunoglobulins in the breast-milk has been determined by the biuret-method and radial immunodiffusion. The immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and IgM has been ascertained in all samples. The concentrations of total protein and of immunoglobulins are higher in the colostrum but in the breast-milk.
