Abstract

In light of increasing consumer demands for information and the growing complexity of healthcare facilities, the need has arisen to present the public with useful information concerning your medical group. A patient information brochure can be a valuable public relations device as well as a time saver. It can serve as a written record of key policies and procedures and can also be a morale builder for patients and staff.
