Abstract
A rare case of an atypical course of hemochromatosis in a woman at the age of 25 years is described; it was characterized by predominant lesions of the cardiac muscle, liver, pancreas, by phenomena of cardiovascular incompetence, by the absence of signs of melanodermia.
