19 patients in a surgical intensive care unit were fed parenterally on an aminoacid-free diet and the serum aminoacid levels were determined chromatographically on ion exchange resins. The results were compared with those obtained in 150 normal persons. The significance of the findings is discussed.
对外科重症监护病房的19名患者采用不含氨基酸的肠外营养饮食，并通过离子交换树脂色谱法测定其血清氨基酸水平。将结果与150名正常人的结果进行比较。并对研究结果的意义进行了讨论。
