Abstract
The biological activity of a rat ascites leukaemia subline isolated by isopycnic centrifugation was compared to that of the original tumour both in vivo and in vitro. The subline had different marker chromosomes, a longer cell cycle time and decreased sensitivity to vinblastine as compared to the original tumour.
