Abstract

A combined study of changes in free radical oxidation in blood of personnel of the ozone-rich plastifier production was conducted. Heptan-isopropanol extracts of blood serum of the personnel was found to accumulate products of lipid peroxidation as a function of employment duration. The peculiarities of luminol-dependent spontaneous and zymosan-induced hemiluminescent responses of whole blood phagocytes in this occupational group were considered.
