Laparocentesis and peritoneal lavage--are simple, quick and informative methods widely applied in surgical practice for diagnosis of closed injury of abdominal cavity organs. Modifications of these diagnostic methods, their combination with possibility of hemoperitoneum volume detection, occurring while the internal organs injury, the results of investigation interpretation permit to broaden their possibilities, peculiarly in the absence of other instrumental diagnostic facilities available.
腹腔穿刺术和腹腔灌洗术是简单、快速且信息量丰富的方法，在外科实践中广泛应用于诊断腹腔脏器闭合性损伤。这些诊断方法的改进、它们与检测腹腔积血容量可能性的结合（在内部器官损伤时出现）以及对检查结果的解读，使得它们的应用范围得以拓宽，尤其是在没有其他可用的仪器诊断设备的情况下。
