[The application of laparocentesis and peritoneal lavage and the analysis of hemo-peritoneal volume in the diagnosis of closed abdominal wound].

Laparocentesis and peritoneal lavage--are simple, quick and informative methods widely applied in surgical practice for diagnosis of closed injury of abdominal cavity organs. Modifications of these diagnostic methods, their combination with possibility of hemoperitoneum volume detection, occurring while the internal organs injury, the results of investigation interpretation permit to broaden their possibilities, peculiarly in the absence of other instrumental diagnostic facilities available.
