The diagnostic puncture of lateral canals of the abdominal cavity in patients with closed trauma of the abdomen was made in 312 patients with associated trauma. Negative results were obtained in 166 patients. Retroperitoneal hematomas were diagnosed in 66 patients, reliable in 98.5%. In 80 patients injuries of the abdominal organs were diagnosed. The volume of intraabdominal blood loss (accurate within 80.7%) was determined before operation in 31 of them with the help of puncture with +/- 200 ml error. The diagnostic significance of lateral canals was 99.7%. Complications were the involvement of the liver in 4 patients not requiring any curative measures.
对312例腹部闭合性创伤合并其他创伤患者进行了腹腔侧沟诊断性穿刺。166例患者结果为阴性。66例患者诊断为腹膜后血肿，确诊率为98.5%。80例患者诊断为腹部脏器损伤。其中31例患者术前通过穿刺确定腹腔内失血量（误差在±200ml内，准确率80.7%）。腹腔侧沟的诊断意义为99.7%。并发症为4例患者肝脏受累，无需任何治疗措施。
