An analysis of results of treatment of 102 patients with acute appendicitis has shown that use of non-direct endolymphatic therapy decreases the amount of antibiotics and analgetics administered after surgery, leads to less frequency of postoperative complications and the patients can be discharged from the hospital within the first 6 days after operation.
