[Diagnosis and treatment of the foot compartment syndrome].

The results of treatment of the patients with the foot compartment syndrome were analysed for the first time in the native literature. Etiology, anatomy of the foot fascial sheath, the subfascial pressure estimation method and the methods of the fasciotomy performance are adduced.
