Abstract
Palliative care in children at the end of life should associate the family, the general practitioner, and the hospital team. The care of pain is especially important, with some specific aspects in children. Drug treatments are better precised. Non drug treatments have an increasing role for treating pain in children. Recommendations for palliative care in children with cancer have been established.

儿童临终时的姑息治疗应将家庭、全科医生和医院团队联合起来。疼痛护理尤为重要，在儿童中有一些特殊方面。药物治疗的针对性更强。非药物治疗在儿童疼痛治疗中的作用日益增大。针对癌症患儿的姑息治疗建议已经确立。
