Abstract
The clinic, paraclinic, treatment and course as well as the outcome of blast leukosis in elderly people is followed up. In all of the 17 patients with blast leukosis, the disease initialed under the mask of another disease: hematuria, angina pectoris gravis, myocardial infarction, jaundice, gastroenterocolitis, etc. The course is serious and in spite of the treatment all patients have a lethal end within 2-3 months.
摘要
对老年急性白血病患者的临床、副临床、治疗、病程及预后进行了随访。在17例急性白血病患者中，疾病均在另一种疾病的掩盖下起病：血尿、重度心绞痛、心肌梗死、黄疸、胃肠结肠炎等。病程严重，尽管进行了治疗，所有患者均在2至3个月内死亡。
