Abstract
Intraerythrocyte content of 2,3-DPG and ATP was determined in 29 patients with leukemic diseases, acute stage of the disease. A considerable increase of 2,3-DPG and ATP was found in the patients with chronic myeloleucosis and blast leucosis. The elevation of 2,3-DPG is minimum om case of chronic lympholeucosis, whereas ATP remains unchanged. The changes in the those substances found are a manifestation of the present compensatory potentialities of erythrocyte metabolism of those patients.
摘要
对29例处于疾病急性期的白血病患者的红细胞内2,3 - 二磷酸甘油酸（2,3-DPG）和三磷酸腺苷（ATP）含量进行了测定。发现慢性粒细胞白血病和原始细胞白血病患者的2,3-DPG和ATP含量显著增加。在慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者中，2,3-DPG的升高幅度最小，而ATP含量保持不变。所发现的这些物质的变化是这些患者红细胞代谢当前代偿潜力的一种表现。
