Abstract
OBJECTIVE
We examined the CT features of 22 patients with metastatic linitis plastica to the rectum.
CONCLUSION
Metastatic linitis plastica to the rectum should be considered when CT shows a long segment of circumferential rectal wall thickening, especially in patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis from gastric cancer. In such patients, CT helps avoid unnecessary extensive surgery.

目的
我们研究了22例直肠转移性皮革胃的CT特征。
结论
当CT显示直肠壁呈长段环形增厚时，应考虑直肠转移性皮革胃，尤其是在患有胃癌腹膜转移癌的患者中。在此类患者中，CT有助于避免不必要的广泛手术。
