The paper analyzes the prevalence of tuberculous infection among special cohorts of penitentiaries in the past decade. The incidence of tuberculosis in prisons in 1997 was 28.3 greater than that in the general population, which negatively affects the whole epidemiological situation. The optimal methods of its detection, treatment, and prevention among the convicts in the Republic of Byelarus are substantiated.
本文分析了过去十年中监狱特殊人群中结核感染的流行情况。1997年监狱中结核病的发病率比普通人群高28.3倍，这对整个流行病学形势产生了负面影响。文中论证了白俄罗斯共和国罪犯中结核病检测、治疗和预防的最佳方法。
