Abstract
A RP-HPLC method wsa developed for the determination of camptothecine in the fruit of Camptotheca acuminata, using YWG-C18 column and methanol-water(6:4) as the mobile phase with UV detection at 254 nm. The average recovery was 98.67% and RSD 1.71%.
