Forty-two patients with benign hyperplasia of the prostate were studied for the role of symptomatic therapy with a selective adrenoblocker Cardura in the prophylaxis of progression of such diseases of the cardiovascular system as arterial hypertension, angina pectoris. The obstructive and irritative symptomatology-related uresis has been shown to get normalized. Also recordable in the conducted investigations was an alleviation of arterial hypertension together with a noticeable decrease in the frequency and severity of attacks of angina.
对42例前列腺良性增生患者进行了研究，以探讨选择性肾上腺阻滞剂可多华进行症状治疗在预防诸如动脉高血压、心绞痛等心血管系统疾病进展中的作用。结果显示，与梗阻性和刺激性症状相关的排尿困难已恢复正常。在进行的调查中还发现，动脉高血压有所缓解，同时心绞痛发作的频率和严重程度显著降低。
