[Meningial hemangiopericytoma with two-term late metastasis in lung and thoracic wall (author's transl)].

A case of two-term thoraco-pulmonary late metastasis after a meningial hemangiopericytoma which had been treated surgically 16 years before is described. Histological features, biological behavior, and problems of late metastasis and of surgical treatment of metastasis are discussed.
