To report a patient recovering vision after three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for optic nerve sheath meningioma.
Radiotherapy was delivered by a three-dimensional conformal technique in 28-180-cGy fractions.
Visual acuity improved from 20/200 to 20/30, and the visual field defect resolved.
Visual loss from optic nerve sheath meningioma can be reversed by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.
报告一例视神经鞘膜瘤患者在接受三维适形放疗后视力恢复的情况。
采用三维适形技术进行放疗，每次剂量为28 - 180 cGy。
视力从20/200提高到20/30，视野缺损得到解决。
三维适形放疗可使视神经鞘膜瘤导致的视力丧失得到逆转。
