Abstract
Two A-type proanthocyanidins, ent-epiafzelechin-(4alpha-->8, 2alpha-->O-->7)-(-)-epicatechin and its isomer, ent-epiafzelechin-(4alpha-->8', 2alpha-->O-->7')-catechin, together with other known compounds, have been isolated from the roots of Prunus armeniaca. The concerted use of one- and two-dimensional NMR methods (1H-(1)H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY) allowed the identification of these compounds.

从杏树根部分离出了两种 A 型原花青素，内消旋表儿茶素-(4α→8, 2α→O→7)-(-)-表儿茶素及其异构体，内消旋表儿茶素-(4α→8', 2α→O→7')-儿茶素，以及其他一些已知化合物。通过协同使用一维和二维核磁共振方法（1H-(1)H COSY、HMQC、HMBC 和 NOESY）对这些化合物进行了鉴定。
