To review the pathogenesis, clinical features and treatment of a rarely observed site of presentation of hydatid cyst.
METHODS/RESULTS: A case of an isolated retroperitoneal hydatid cyst is presented. Diagnosis was based on the immunodiagnostic test and radiological examination. Treatment was by surgery.
Isolated retroperitoneal hydatic cyst is rare. The abdominal mass is the most frequent sign, and less frequently, concomitant compressive syndrome. Diagnosis is based on the biological examinations, percutaneous puncture and radiological findings. Treatment is by surgery. Azoles are useful for intraoperative ruptured cysts and to reduce the risk of recurrence.
回顾罕见部位出现的包虫囊肿的发病机制、临床特征及治疗方法。
方法/结果：报告一例孤立性腹膜后包虫囊肿病例。诊断基于免疫诊断试验及影像学检查。治疗采用手术。
孤立性腹膜后包虫囊肿罕见。腹部肿块是最常见的体征，较少见的是伴有压迫综合征。诊断基于生物学检查、经皮穿刺及影像学表现。治疗采用手术。唑类药物对术中破裂囊肿有用，并可降低复发风险。
