The effect of exogenous nucleodepolymerases on cell growth was studied with Bacillus subtilis. Nucleodepolymerases of microbial and animal origin stimulated growth of the culture. The stimulating action of DNAases depended on the dose of the enzyme added to the growth medium and on the phase of the cultural growth. Acceleration of the cultural growth correlated with intensification of DNA synthesis in the bacterial cells.
利用枯草芽孢杆菌研究了外源核酸解聚酶对细胞生长的影响。微生物和动物来源的核酸解聚酶刺激了培养物的生长。脱氧核糖核酸酶的刺激作用取决于添加到生长培养基中的酶剂量以及培养生长阶段。培养生长的加速与细菌细胞中DNA合成的增强相关。
