Abstract
An attempt was made to elucidate the relation between the survival of mature frogs Rana temporaria during sudden (unforeseen) thermal selection and the heat resistance of several muscles: m. interfalangealis, m. ileofibularis, m. sartorius, m. gastrocnemius and m. rectus abdominis. It has been found that of greater selective value are the individuals with lower heat resistance not in all muscles, but in those having lesser heat resistance, such as m. ileofibularis and m. sartorius.

我们试图阐明普通青蛙（Rana temporaria）在突然（意外）的热选择过程中的存活情况与几块肌肉的耐热性之间的关系，这些肌肉包括：指间肌、髂腓肌、缝匠肌、腓肠肌和腹直肌。研究发现，耐热性较低的个体并非在所有肌肉中都具有更高的选择价值，而是在那些耐热性较低的肌肉中，如髂腓肌和缝匠肌。
