The results of surgical therapy in 24 patients in whom reoperations on the stomach were supplemented with vagotomy are analysed. It is felt that in complicated peptic ulcers of gastroenteroanastomosis in operations after suturing perforated duodenal ulcer, in erosive gastritis of the gastric stump with hemorrhages reoperations on the stomach should be associated with vagotomy.
分析了24例行胃再次手术并加做迷走神经切断术患者的手术治疗结果。认为在十二指肠溃疡穿孔缝合术后行胃肠吻合术的复杂性消化性溃疡、胃残端糜烂性胃炎伴出血时，胃再次手术应加做迷走神经切断术。
